Ingredients
- 500 ml of distilled Water
- 1/2 Pound of Turmeric

How To Use
Homemade Turmeric Latte
- 2 Tablespoons
- Pinch of Black pepper
- 1 1/2 cup of any type of milk
- Sweeten to taste

There are a myriad uses for turmeric including but not limited to treatment for:

- stomach pain, Crohn’s disease, and ulcerative colitis
- diarrhea
- intestinal gas
- stomach bloating
- loss of appetite

- stomach ulcers
- irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)

- It is also used for headaches, bronchitis, colds, lung infections, fibromyalgia, fever, menstrual problems, itchy skin, recovery after surgery, cancers, Alzheimer’s disease, diabetes, water retention, urinary bladder inflammation, and kidney problems.
Golden Milk or Turmeric Tea
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of almond, coconut, cow or pecan milk (bone broth can also be used)
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. powdered ginger
- pinch cayenne or red pepper (optional)
- 1 tsp. honey or real maple syrup (optional)
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a pot and heat thoroughly for three to five minutes until hot.
- Serve warm.
TURMERIC TEA WITH MILKServes 2
This is my personal favorite
- 1 1/2 cup of homemade almond milk or any other milk of your choice
- 1 teaspoon of almond oil
- 2 tablespoon of blended turmeric juice
- big pinch of freshly ground black pepper if using ground turmeric, omit if using the paste
- 1 small (1/4 inch) piece of ginger root (peeled and grated)
- big pinch of ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon raw honey added off the heat (optional)
